Understanding healing

All healers are individual and work in their own way. With people I work at a distance of 2 to 3". With animals I work 'hands on'. This makes no difference to the quality of healing given. The patient can be seated on a chair, in a wheelchair, on a bed or couch. Anywhere they feel comfortable. Hospital or hospice visits can be made as long as it has been accepted by the staff in charge of the patient. Children under 16 may receive healing but they must be accompanied by a chaperone.

A healing session can last from 20minutes to an hour. It can be given in silence, with relaxing background music, or you can talk all the way through if you feel happier that way. The healing will start from the head and work down to the feet, then back up to the head. The patient usually feels relaxed at the end of a session which makes the couch a good option!

The patient may become aware of another pair of hands, or heat or or manipulation or may see colours... or may be unaware of anything at all taking place, but be assured the energies will be working on your behalf. Usually a healing session is followed by a good nights sleep. It is never too late to receive healing. People or animals may die more peacefully after healing is given. Healing is given with the highest intention and given with love. Distant healing is also available, and although just as effective as contact healing, I prefer when possible to pass on healing in person.
